**Accounts Executive**

Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. You should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.

1. Posting Farmer/vendor Procurement entries for all project location in SAP after checking all necessary documents (debit notes, credit notes, etc) and verifying correct tax effect given.

2. Booking procurement related Payments like Freight & Transportation Charges, Loading & Unloading Expenses, Repairs & Maintenance Charges, Certifications & Inspection Charges etc.

3. Posting all Indirect expenses for all project location in ERP after complete verification of supporting documents.

4. Posting all Direct expenses for all project location in ERP after complete verification of supporting documents.

5. Posting all Project Employees expenses reimbursement booking in ERP after getting approval of HOD and cross checking with the HR policy.

6. Posting all Project and HO cash entries in SAP after getting approval of HOD

7. Timely reconciliation with Customers & vendors - Booking VS Payment done & Vendor Ledger

8. Booking all the purchase of fixed asset at HO & Project

9. Assisting in monthly closure of books related to the bookings - FA, PO, GRN and any other service expenses

10. Preparation of audit schedules for internal & statutory audit

11. Ensuring proper filling of the vouchers along with supporting documents

12. Booking of Rent, Cash, Credit card & Forex expenses

13. Booking of Security Deposit paid to the landlords
- 4-6 years work experience as an Accountant
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Experience of Working on SAP
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
