Real Estate Salesperson

**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, channel Partners understanding their business goals and needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for channel Partners clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support.
- Regularly communicate with clients and channel Partners to ensure their satisfaction with services/products and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Conduct client and channel Partners meetings to review performance, gather feedback, and ensure expectations are being met.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product, and support) to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Monitor client performance and trends, identifying potential areas of improvement or growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on account status, performance metrics, and opportunities for client development.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions, leveraging this knowledge to inform client and channel Partners interactions.
- Assist in contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions when necessary.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a relationship management in real estate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex client issues effectively and professionally.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Confortable to travel
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹25,664.59 - ₹53,543.63 per month
