**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors.
- Create user personas, user journeys, and other UX artifacts to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs meets usability and design specifications.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.
- Active involvement in client communication.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
