**Responsibilities**:
Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts for real estate projects.

Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships to optimize financial resources.

Financial Operations: Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and financial systems.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the company's growth objectives.

Investor Relations: Communicate effectively with investors and analysts, providing transparency and building trust in the company's financial performance.

Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

**Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in finance or accounting roles within the real estate industry.**

Proven track record in financial management, analysis, and strategic planning.

Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, property valuation, and market trends.

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.

Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Sound knowledge of tax laws, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
