The HVAC Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting HVAC products and services, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets. The role requires in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to consult with customers on their HVAC needs. The Sales Representative will build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct visits.
- Identify and qualify potential clients in both residential and commercial sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads through campaigns and promotional activities.
- **Client Consultation**:

- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and propose suitable HVAC solutions.
- Provide detailed explanations of HVAC systems, including features, benefits, and energy-saving potential.
- Educate customers on the value of maintenance services, warranties, and energy-efficient upgrades.
- **Sales Process**:

- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts for HVAC equipment and services.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment plans to close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide post-sales support and address any concerns or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in navigating financing options and available rebates for HVAC system installations.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, energy-efficient products, and industry trends.
- Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of products and services.
- Attend product training sessions and certifications to enhance technical understanding and sales expertise.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline status, closed deals, and upcoming opportunities to sales management.
- Monitor competitors and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- HVAC certification or technical training is an advantage.
- **Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the HVAC or related industries (plumbing, electrical, or construction).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Negotiation and closing skills to drive sales.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the sales territory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
