Recruiter

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

**Networking and Branding**:Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company's employer brand.

**Collaboration and Communication**:Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand departmental needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
Communicate regularly with hiring managers to provide updates on the status of open positions and address any challenges or concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or a related field.
- 1+years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on pharmaceutical or life sciences recruiting.
- Proven success in recruiting for a variety of positions within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements affecting talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
