The Company**:TriWorld** is a conglomerate company with offices in Kochi & Dubai. Its diversified interests are in Reality, Hotels & Resorts, Sports, Tours & Financial investments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the companyProvide regular financial reports and interpret financial information to Management while recommending further courses of action.
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadershipAnalyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, collectins and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, reporting systems and maintain the financial health of the OrgnaisationCollaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategiesConduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Ascertain fund flow and collection projections on timely basis.
- Regular interacton with existing clients
- Coordinate with CRM & Sales on the timely Registrations
- Regular updates of MIS & Reports
- Daily monitoring of work progress at site
- Lead and manage the purchase activities
- Ensure smooth operation of group company activities
- Other job responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management

**Qualifications**:

- CA/ICWA10
- 15 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
