It/ Electrical Representative

As an IT/Electrical Representative in Shillong, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Installation of audio-video devices, IP devices, and automation devices.

2. Programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various devices such as cameras, Wi-Fi systems, and home automation systems.

3. Electrical supervision and site handling to ensure smooth installation and operation of electronic devices.

4. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

5. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations during installation and maintenance activities.

6. Providing technical support and assistance to customers as needed.

7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT and electrical fields to enhance service offerings.

8. Working closely with the sales team to identify and understand site requirements.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

2. Prior experience in installing and maintaining electronic devices and systems.

3. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Knowledge of relevant software and programming languages would be an advantage.

6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
