**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide counseling and support to students regarding academic, emotional, and personal challenges.
- Offer guidance on career choices, university admissions, and further studies.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to understand their concerns and provide solutions.
- Organize workshops, seminars, or group sessions to support student development.
- Maintain records of student interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to address students' needs.
- Provide resources or referrals to other professionals when necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen actively and provide thoughtful advice.
- Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related fields is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: Starting ₹10,000 per month.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
