**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Collaborate with other faculty and staff within the department to develop, evaluate, revise and enhance curriculum and ensure mastery of the material.
- Support and promote the mission of the Humanities Department, which centers on excellence in teaching and learning through quality instruction, curriculum enhancement, service, and faculty professional development.
- Collaborate with the Head of the department, department faculty, and staff, as well as other college officials to assist with implementing college policies, objectives, and strategic vision.
- Participate in departmental and faculty meetings, committee work, as well as service to the college as requested.
- Strictly honor the privacy, security, and confidentiality of student records and other sensitive information according to college regulations, policies and procedures.
- Provide service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualification and Skills**
- Knowledge of NEP and work towards integrating language curriculum towards it.
- Recognize multiple ways in which students learn.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment. Possess an integrated outlook on learning.
- Communication - communicate professionally and em pathetically.
- Multi-task - Ability to expeditiously organize, coordinate and manage multiple tasks.
- Relationship Management - Relate well with colleagues and the larger interests of the organisation.
- Organization & Time Management - achieve goals within or ahead of established time frames.
