**1. Luggage Management**: Responsible for receiving and processing all incoming luggage in a timely and organized manner.

**2. Customer Service**: Attend customer calls, ensuring prompt and courteous service while addressing inquiries and concerns.

**3. Fare Analysis**: Perform fare analysis and regularly update to HO operations team.

**4. Booking Assistance**: Provide comprehensive support to customers with their bookings, ensuring seamless coordination and problem resolution.

**5. Order and Vendor Management**: Oversee the placement and tracking of orders with vendors like snacks, water, and laundry services.

**6. Hygiene and Maintenance**: Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the counter area are maintained at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
