Job Title: Instrumentation and Control Engineer - Sales and Application Engineering

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the technical expert and point of contact for customers regarding instrumentation and control products.
- Identify customer requirements and provide technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotes, and sales contracts.
- Assist with product selection, sizing, and configuration based on customer specifications.
- Provide training and technical support to customers during the sales process.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry advancements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback and insights for product improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote company products.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in instrumentation and control engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation and control products.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, trade shows, and events.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Control Systems Engineering, industrial automation.
- Sales experience in the instrumentation and control industry. (Paper & Sugar Industry Preferrable)
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
