**Job Summary**:
The Hotel Customer Care Executive (CCE) serves as the first point of contact for hotel guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience. This role involves handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering high-quality hospitality services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Handling**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and during their stay.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,116.77 - ₹39,616.43 per month
