**Position Overview**:
Foodsure, located in Noida Sector 57, is seeking a dynamic **Audit Executive** to assist in the preparation, execution, and management of internal and external audits for international certifications such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO IMS, BRCGS, NPOP, NOP, SEDEX, CTPAT, and FQA. This offsite role involves significant travel around the globe, offering the opportunity to work with diverse teams across international locations. Foodsure provides a SIM and phone to support your role while traveling.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Audit Planning & Coordination**:
- Assist in the development and management of the annual audit schedule, covering global certifications (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, BRCGS, NPOP, NOP, SEDEX, CTPAT, FQA).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure the timely execution of audits.
- Support logistics related to audit activities, including auditor selection, team coordination, and documentation preparation.
**Audit Preparation & Documentation**:
- Prepare audit-related documentation, ensuring that records, policies, and procedures are up-to-date and aligned with standards.
- Perform internal reviews to ensure alignment with audit requirements and identify areas for improvement.
**Auditee Support & Engagement**:
- Act as a point of contact for both internal teams and external auditors during audits.
- Facilitate communication and ensure smooth interactions between internal departments and external auditors.
- Provide support for audit readiness and ensure that corrective actions are addressed efficiently.
**Audit Execution & Monitoring**:
- Assist in overseeing and supporting the audit execution process, ensuring audits are carried out in accordance with the established schedule and criteria.
- Monitor audit progress, ensuring compliance with timelines and identifying non-compliance or areas of concern.
- Track audit findings and ensure that corrective actions are implemented on time.
**Compliance and Continuous Improvement**:
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, BRCGS, etc.) through effective audit management.
- Review audit findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Promote continuous improvement in audit processes, documentation management, and compliance monitoring.
**Reporting & Analysis**:
- Assist in preparing and presenting detailed audit reports for senior management, summarizing findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Report on the status of corrective actions and help drive timely resolution of audit findings.
- Provide strategic insights based on audit outcomes to support decision-making.
**Training & Development**:
- Participate in training sessions, ensuring employees are informed about audit standards and best practices.
- Foster a culture of quality, safety, and compliance within the organization.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Food Safety, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Lead Auditor, ISO 9001/22000, FSSC 22000) are preferred.
**Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience in auditing and compliance for global standards (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, BRCGS, NPOP, NOP, SEDEX, CTPAT, FQA).
- Proven success in assisting audits in diverse environments.
- Experience working with international teams and external auditors.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong knowledge of international food safety, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and coordination skills.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective engagement with auditors, clients, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and audit management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and focus on compliance.

- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to process improvements.
