Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Trainee to join our

dynamic team and contribute to the development of our SaaS

(Software-as-a-Service) product. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible

for ensuring the quality and reliability of our product by designing and

executing comprehensive testing strategies, creating user stories, and

developing test cases. Your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and

strong communication skills will be essential in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for our SaaS

product.
- Create user stories to capture expected behavior and user interactions.
- Design and implement test cases to ensure product functionality and

reliability.
- Conduct functional, regression, and acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects.
- Monitor and analyze test results for insights and improvements.
- Communicate test progress and results to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies.
- Proficient in creating user stories and test cases.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. relevant certifications in software testing.

2. Experience with performance testing and load testing tools (e.g.,

JMeter).

3. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and related testing

4. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
