Position Overview: As a SAP Billing Operator, you will be responsible for managing the billing and invoicing processes using the SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) software system within an organization. Your primary role will involve executing various tasks related to billing data entry, invoice generation, invoice verification, and resolving billing-related issues to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Billing Data Entry: Accurately enter billing data into the SAP system, including customer information, pricing details, and billing terms. Ensure the completeness and integrity of billing records.

Invoice Generation: Generate invoices using the SAP system based on the provided billing data and established billing processes. Verify the accuracy of invoice amounts, discounts, taxes, and other relevant details.

Invoice Verification: Review and verify invoices against sales orders, contracts, and other supporting documents to ensure alignment and accuracy. Resolve discrepancies or issues before finalizing invoices.

Billing Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing-related issues, such as incorrect billing information, pricing discrepancies, or billing disputes. Collaborate with the relevant departments, such as sales or customer service, to address and resolve issues effectively.

Billing Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of billing processes, procedures, and related information. Generate billing reports and analysis from SAP data for internal and external stakeholders.

Customer Communication: Coordinate with customers regarding billing-related inquiries, clarifications, or disputes. Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Billing System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks in the SAP system to ensure its optimal functioning for billing operations. Update billing master data, pricing conditions, and other relevant configurations as necessary.

Compliance and Audit: Adhere to billing regulations, company policies, and relevant accounting standards. Assist in internal and external audits related to billing processes and data integrity.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred).
- Prior experience as a SAP Billing Operator or in a similar role, specifically working with SAP billing modules (e.g., SAP SD - Sales and Distribution).
- Proficiency in using SAP billing functionalities, including data entry, invoice generation, and verification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing data entry and verification.
- Knowledge of billing processes, pricing structures, and billing-related documentation.
- Familiarity with relevant accounting principles and regulations related to billing and invoicing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to resolve billing-related issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
