**JOB DESCRIPTION OF E-COMMERCE PHOTOGRAHER**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and creative E-commerce Photographer to join our dynamic team. As an E-commerce Photographer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality images that showcase our merchandise in a visually appealing manner. Your photographs will play a critical role in attracting potential customers and enhancing the overall online shopping experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your artistic skills and technical expertise to a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Shooting** - E-commerce flatlays, E-commerce model shots, outdoor shoots and campaigns, digital content for social media platforms, Ads campaigns & company website.

2. **Studio Setup**: Set up and maintain a professional and organised photography studio, ensuring all necessary equipment and lighting are in optimal working condition.

**Note**:

- Professional Equipments & Studio will be provided by the company.

3. **Image Editing and Retouching**: Edit and retouch product images to ensure they meet quality standards, including colour correction, cropping, resolution settings, aspect ratio and background removal, while preserving the integrity of the product's appearance. Proper lighting and positioning, in accordance with company guidelines.

4. **Styling and Composition**:Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and execute visually engaging product shots, considering composition, angles, and lighting to effectively showcase product features.

5. **Quality Control**: Perform thorough quality checks on all photographs to ensure they meet brand guidelines and maintain consistency across the entire product catalogue.

6. **File Management**:Organise and maintain an efficient file management system for all product images, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.

7. **Innovative Techniques**: Stay up-to-date with the latest photography trends, equipment, and software to continuously improve and innovate the product photography process and likewise develop presets to increase productivity during the editing process over-time.

8. **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to understand their requirements and provide visually compelling imagery that aligns with the brand's image and marketing goals.

9. **Time Management**: Manage multiple photography projects concurrently, adhering to tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results consistently.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an E-commerce Photographer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing **E-commerce photography expertise**.
- Proficiency in operating professional-grade **DSLR cameras, lenses, and flashlights**.
- Advanced knowledge of image editing software **(e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom)** and experience in post-processing and retouching.
- Proficiency in shooting and editing Images in **iPhone** using pro level photo editing apps.
- Proficiency in creating social media content using **Canva** is a plus.
- Strong understanding of **lighting techniques**, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in image quality and style.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges during shoots.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
- Knowledge of current e-commerce and digital marketing trends is a plus.
- Strong team player with effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements and priorities in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

**Education**:
A Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant experience and a stellar portfolio may be considered in lieu of formal education.
