**Job Title: Business Development Officer - Cosmetic Industry**

As a Business Development Officer specializing in the cosmetic industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in the cosmetic market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry influencers.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners to showcase our products and capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize business strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer behavior in the cosmetic industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
