**Job Description**:
**Role Summary/Purpose**:
The Role supports the organization by ensuring Authentication team's vendor management processes including expense management are monitored regularly and any anomalies identified and addressed with the appropriate stakeholders. This role also provides support to facilitate Authentication Working Group meetings and other highly visible / critical meetings. The role will report into Authentication strategy team lead in India and assist VP, Authentication Governance & Infrastructure with any strategic and tactical planning activities.

This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. To ensure the safety of our colleagues and communities, we require employees who come together in-person to be fully vaccinated. We’re proud to offer you choice and flexibility.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Managing expenses which involve setting up Purchase Orders, reviewing and approving invoices, following up with vendors to address any invoice issues, manage weekly reporting on expenses and identify any spike in expenditure
- Work with Platform business owners to ensure our platforms are compliant with Authentication standards and governance process. This includes working with business owners to understand the functionalities on their platforms.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to create operationally efficient solutions to monitor vendor expenses. This includes creating/operationalizing dashboard/reports using Excel or other tools that tell the whole story on expenses
- Consolidate Authentication costs and benefits on a monthly basis
- Managing meeting agenda for highly visible meetings, follow ups, updates in tools, assist presenters as needed
- Work with internal or external partners on special projects related to supplier management and governance processes as assigned

**Qualifications/ **Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any quantitative discipline with minimum 5+ years of experience in financial services domain, or in lieu of a degree 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 2+ Years of experiences in corporate environment in Data Processing
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with internal and external partners
- Proficient in SAS and/or Tableau
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel(ability to write formulas, link sheets etc.), MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
- Openness to coaching and ability to learn quickly
- Proven Communications skills (written, Oral, non-verbal)
- Must have experience communicating to corporate executives
- Experience managing/organizing large stakeholder meetings
