- Lead Schbang for Good Foundation programs supporting low income schools towards improved learning environment.
- Oversee operational excellence of all Schbang for Good Foundation’s program for low income schools in and around Mumbai.
- Develop and execute projects under the programmatic areas.
- Expand the number of low income schools supported by Schbang for Good Foundation.
- Manage end to end functioning of the low income school programs in coordination with field team.
- Monitor and evaluate the programs, measure the performance and come up with solutions to optimize impact.
- Travel to field locations to monitor program and review the execution of the program within and outside Maharashtra, at project locations in India
- Manage and deploy field team for program implementation.
- Manage the budget line.
- Develop research material for program advocacy.
- Liaison with CSR Manager

**Requirements**:

- First Hand experience in planning and executing of on ground social projects
- Demonstrated research and project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management both internal and external
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Interpersonal, Presentation and Management skills
- Enthusiastic and Self-motivated
- Ability to cultivate, build and maintain strong working relationships with other team members
