At least 3 years of PostgreSQL database administration experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate, internally and with stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL Database Administration
- General understanding of PostgreSQL clustering architectures
- Deep understanding of security & authentication models with PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of RDBMS and SQL database concepts.
- Basic knowledge on enterprise PostgreSQL implementations like EDB, percona etc.
- Install, configure, upgrade, tune, and maintain PostgreSQL production, development, and test databases.
- Define and maintain database problem reporting, tracking, and resolution procedures.
- Provides proactive input into design issues/constraints, performance tuning, and impact analysis of changes.
- Support, enforce and improve upon database development, deployment, and maintenance best practices.
- Manage proper maintenance practices including backups, index maintenance, consistency checks and statistics maintenance
- Strictly dhere to the internal policies, processes, and procedures

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
