IT Assistant

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with a strong background in **hardware and networking**, as well as expertise in cloud technology.

Our Services basically has been divided into five verticals as follows: Data Analytics, Accounting, Web Development MIS & Reporting, and Back-office Operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Support**:

- Provide first-line technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with login problems, software installation, and general IT inquiries.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed and ensure timely resolution.

**Hardware and Software Maintenance**:

- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computers, printers, and other hardware.
- Assist in software installation, updates, and license management.
- Inventory management for IT assets and supplies.

**Network Support**:

- Assist in network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
- Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices such as routers and switches.

**Minimum Qualification**:

- Equivalent degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Must have a certification in Networking & hardworking.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
