Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products or services over the phone and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive nature, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers via phone to present our products or services
- Engage in active conversations to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Utilize persuasive techniques to encourage customers to make a purchase
- Achieve sales targets and quotas on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate responses to overcome them
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Stay updated on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with customers
- Meet daily and weekly call volume targets as set by the management
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
