**Job Title: Experienced Architect**

**Location: Bhopal, MP**

Job Summary: As an Experienced Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of architectural projects from concept to completion. Your expertise and experience will contribute to creating innovative and functional spaces that meet the clients' requirements and adhere to regulatory standards. You will work closely with clients, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Lead the design process, translating clients' needs and aspirations into creative and practical architectural solutions.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience working as an architect, with a focus on designing and managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Project Management, Design or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional licensure or certification as an architect is preferred.

**Salary: 25k to 30k per month**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
