**SAP FICO Trainer Job Description (JD)**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Conduct Training Sessions**:Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions on SAP FICO modules to participants.
Ensure effective knowledge transfer and understanding of SAP FICO functionalities.

**Develop Training Materials**:Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, exercises, and other educational resources.
Tailor materials to suit the audience's level of understanding and knowledge.

**Customize Training Programs**:Customize training programs to meet specific organizational or individual needs.
Understand the unique requirements of learners and adjust the training approach accordingly.

**Evaluate Trainee Progress**:Assess trainees' progress and understanding of the SAP FICO concepts through quizzes, tests, and practical exercises.
Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their skills.

**Stay Updated with SAP FICO Updates**:Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in SAP FICO modules to ensure the training content is current and accurate.

**Provide Technical Support**:Offer post-training technical support to participants, assisting them with any challenges they encounter while implementing SAP FICO in their work environment.

**Collaborate with Stakeholders**:Work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop relevant training programs.
Collaborate with other trainers and teams to enhance training effectiveness and consistency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SAP FICO implementation and usage.
- Certification in SAP FICO is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in training or teaching SAP FICO concepts to diverse audiences.

- **Teaching and Facilitation Skills**: Proficiency in conducting engaging training sessions and facilitating learning effectively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
