**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Specialist

**Job Summary**:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Datamites, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute strategies that drive traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our online presence and brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Digital Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.

3. **SEO Optimization**: Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and monitor website performance to improve search engine rankings.

4. **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

5. **Paid Advertising**: Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google

Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

7. **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using tools like

Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

8. **Website Management**: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for conversions.

9. **Competitor Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Hub Spot, and Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹9,343.42 - ₹25,265.65 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
