**Role Description**

We are looking for an enthusiastic MEP BIM Modeler with 2+ years of experience in **MEP **services, who is proficient in using **Revit **software.

As a BIM Modeler - MEP, you will be responsible for producing detailed MEP models, clash detection, and resolution of coordination issues using Revit. You will work closely with project teams to ensure model accuracy to project specifications and client requirements. This is a full-time on-site role located in Ernakulam District, Kerala, India.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering
- 2+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role
- Proficiency in MEP modeling
- Expertise in Revit
- Detailed knowledge of Building Systems and MEP Coordination
- Ability to read and understand construction documents, MEP drawings, and specifications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
