**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for North India that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and stay up-to-date with market trends.
- Identify and appoint distributors and wholesalers in various regions across North India.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure smooth and effective channel sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Monitor and report on marketing activities and effectiveness, making necessary changes as required.

**Requirements**:

- MBA preferred with 15+ years of experience in the FMCG.
- Proven track record of success in mapping markets and appointing distributors and wholesalers in North India.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
