**Designation : Production Supervisor / Technician.**

**Qualification : Diploma / BE in Mechanical / ECE / EEE (Civil & Automobile not Eligible )**

**Experience : 0 Years - 2 Years.**

**Salary : 10.5K - 15K Per Month.**

**Location : Dharapuram, Tirupur.**

**Shift : Rotational Shift.**

**Gender : Male Only.**

**Notice Period : Immediate Joiner.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the machine as per GMP requirements and operate as per the SOPs.
- Responsible for achieving the production target as per predefined norms with quality product
- Ensure the production is done within the range of accepted wastage norms
- Attending to the machine break down & quick rectification of machine to healthy condition
- Machine down time record to be updated on hourly basis with accurate notification of problems.
- Adherence to 4M check in the shift
- Maintain the line for clearing the ALC (Area Line Clearance).
- Monitor and control the machine set parameters for achieving the required quantity filled in the packing unit.
- Trouble shooting of machines in case of need
- Monitor & control the packing team members / contractors for effective sorting & packing
- Monitor the powder flow & availability for smooth running of the machine. (For CMP packing)
- Adherence to the quality system procedure, hygiene requirements and food safety principles like OPRP / CCP in the line.
- Responsible for effective part string operation and rework handling. (For CMP packing)
- Monitor and ensure that assets in been well taken care without any damage and Missing parts.
- Adherence to SOP in terms scraps handling & accounting.
- Ensure good documentation practice is been followed with Zero documentation error on daily basis.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- For freshers should hold above mentioned educational qualification and training will be given.
- Years’ experience in food process packing (familiar with FFS machines like Mespack, Hassia, Starpac, Shubam, Nichrome, Aakash etc., )
- To handle min 30 semi-skilled contract labours consists of Hindi, Oriya, Bengali peoples etc.,

**Ability to commute / Relocate**:

- Tirupur, Tamilnadu : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work ( Required )
