Sales and Marketing Executive

Position Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote products or services. This role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Identify and qualify potential clients through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive repeat business.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for sales growth.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve customer issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activities, revenue, and market trends.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of sales budgets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing techniques, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret sales data and market trends.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
