**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare Feasibility Reports**: Conduct thorough analysis and research to assess the feasibility of potential projects, including site evaluation, zoning regulations, and market trends. Develop comprehensive feasibility reports to guide decision-making.
- **Produce Working Drawings**: Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software to produce detailed working drawings and specifications for construction. Ensure accuracy, compliance with building codes, and adherence to project requirements.
- **Contribute to Innovation & Development**: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design. Identify opportunities for innovation and contribute creative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- **Conduct Regular Site Visits**: Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress, address design issues, and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications. Collaborate with contractors and construction teams to resolve any on-site challenges.
- **Identify Design Discrepancies**: Review design documentation and identify discrepancies or conflicts that may arise during construction. Work closely with the design team to resolve issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- **Collaborate & Coordinate**: Collaborate effectively with in-house teams, including project managers, engineers, and interior designers, to ensure seamless project execution. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Licensed architect with [insert number] years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
