Back Office Executive

Handling data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records of important information.
2. Managing and organizing company documents and files.
3. Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
4. Responding to queries and requests from both internal and external stakeholders.
5. Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
6. Monitoring and managing office supplies and inventory.
- 7. Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
