**Job Title: Factory Helper**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assistance with Production**: Assist production workers in various tasks such as loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and assembling products.
- **Material Handling**: Transport raw materials, components, or finished products within the factory using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Clean work areas, machines, and equipment regularly to maintain a tidy and safe working environment. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery or replacing worn-out parts under supervision.
- **Packaging and Labeling**: Assist in packaging finished products according to specifications, including labeling, sealing, and palletizing items for storage or shipment.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by counting, sorting, and organizing materials or products in the warehouse or production area.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect products for defects or irregularities during the production process, reporting any issues to supervisors for correction.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries, including wearing appropriate protective gear and adhering to safety guidelines while operating machinery or handling hazardous materials.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with other factory workers and supervisors to meet production targets, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Follow company policies, procedures, and regulations at all times, including attendance, punctuality, and compliance with workplace rules.

**Qualifications**:

- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions (e.g., heat, noise, dust).
- **Manual Dexterity**: Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling tools, equipment, and materials with precision and care.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to pay close attention to detail when performing tasks such as packaging, labeling, or inspecting products for quality.
- **Reliability**: Dependability and willingness to work diligently and consistently to support the production team and meet deadlines.
- **Team Player**: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist coworkers as needed.
- **Basic Math Skills**: Proficiency in basic math skills for counting, measuring, and recording quantities accurately.
- **Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of and commitment to workplace safety practices, including proper lifting techniques and the use of personal protective equipment.
- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred but is not always required for entry-level positions.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,791.76 per month
