**Job Title: Insider Sales Representative**

**Location: Gurgaon, India**

**Salary: 5 LPA (Lakhs per annum)**

**Work Schedule: 5 days a week**

**Immediate Joiner Required**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insider Sales Representative to join our team at a leading hospital in Gurgaon. As an Insider Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce hospital services and promotions.
- Identify customer needs and provide information about hospital services and packages.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of healthcare services and terminology is a plus.
- Immediate availability for joining.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
