**Position Title**:
Associate - Production

**Purpose of Role**:
Responsible for maintenance activity of rolling mill & conductor section.

**Position Summary**:

- Planning for shut down like manpower schedule, material arrangement, work plan, work duration permission.
- Spare management and spare arrangement.
- Troubleshooting the rolling mill issues.

**Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities**:

- Planning for shut down like manpower schedule, material arrangement, work plan, work duration permission.
- Ensure availability of spare during requirement/breakdown. Responsible for Maintenance cost for rolling mill section
- Streamline the associate team and ensuring to proper utilization of skill.
- Ensuring safety at work location during maintenance work
- Single point solution for rolling mill breakdown counts and hour
- Ensuring the 100 % machine availability for production
- Ensuring the quality should not get hamper due to machine health/fault.
- Modification in running machines to ensure the zero repetition of downtime/breakdown
- Responsible for plant projects in rolling mill area.
- Ensuring the third party utilization during major shutdown/ furnace shutdowns
- Third party solution/ consultation arrangement for any continuous issues or any project solution

**Position Demands**:
