Hair Trainer

**To be a successful Hair Trainer, you need to have**:

- NVQ/VRQ Level 3+ hairdressing or any other equivalent international certificate or diplomas
- Strong market knowledge, preferably with international exposure
- Experience as a hairdresser and a Hair Trainer
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service, presentation, and training skills
- Perform regular in-Academy training
- Develop training plans and calendars
- Ensure Academy Students develop necessary skills and product knowledge
- Provide consistent feedback and coaching
- Manage and train Academy Students; generate monthly reports
- Keep abreast with the latest industry & market trends

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (required)
