Production Supervisior

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Production Team**: Lead and manage a team of production workers, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.
- **Production Planning**: Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet production goals.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards; implement corrective actions as necessary.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on production metrics; identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve any production issues or challenges that arise, maintaining productivity and quality.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
