- Responsible for planning and operation management in regulatory work environment
- Implement strategies and give clear sense of direction and focus to team for eliminating unnecessary costs and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions with timelines to achieve optimisation.
- Commitment to plant safety procedures
- Develop systems and process that track and optimise productivity and standards.
- Operate the organisation as per plan and profitable through strategy planning and execution.
- Ensure all functional heads are executing their responsibility effectively
- Review weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly production planning and dispatches.
- Initiate and develop creative and innovative manufacturing processes.
- Develop and manage master production schedule and operations budgets.
- Support project management to cross functional activity required for project execution.
- Set department objectives and monitor ongoing progress and performance.
- Ensure strong communication between teams under leadership to facilitate exchange of information and to implement change and improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
- Proactively work with product line management, engineering service and other departments to incorporate best practices.
- Provide leadership, coordination and coaching to the team and ensure they are trained to achieve the goal and succeed in their roles.
