We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect/Consultant with a strong background in Machine Learning Development Environments, MLOps, and Pachyderm to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our clients to design, implement, and optimize ML workflows, ensuring seamless integration of ML models into production environments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess clients' existing ML development environments, MLOps practices, and data management systems.
- Design and architect robust ML development environments tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each client.
- Implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines, automating model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Integrate Pachyderm into data workflows to enable data versioning, lineage tracking, and improved data management.
- Provide expert guidance and consultancy to client teams on best practices in ML development, MLOps, and Pachyderm usage.
- Continuously monitor and optimize ML workflows, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.
- Create comprehensive documentation for ML development environments, MLOps processes, and Pachyderm configurations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the fields of machine learning, MLOps, and data management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML development environments, data pipelines, and production models.

**Required Skills**:

- Containerization (Docker) - Experience in working with Docker containers, writing Docker file, building images, Docker image versioning & tagging, interacting with Docker engine to manage images & containers.
- Should have knowledge of installation & administration of container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift & Rancher.
- Should have knowledge in any of the public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Should have knowledge in Linux and HPC SlURM.
- Good to have experience in Bigdata Technologies, Hadoop,Hive,Spark,Pyspark.
- Working experience in deploying ML Models Machine Learning,Deep Learning,Tensor flow,ML Flow, Kube Flow & AirFlow,MLDE, Pachyderm.

Desired Skills:

- Knowledge of Bare-Metal Server, Storage (SAN/NAS), Network, Security
- Understanding of python and PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of any one virtualized platform (VMware/Red Hat)
- Knowledge of Containers/Kubernetes
- Understanding or hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle
- Understanding or hands-on experience with Git

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and implementing ML development environments and MLOps solutions.
- Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and related tools.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Pachyderm or similar data versioning and lineage tools is a significant plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, client-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Certification in relevant fields (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer) is advantageous..
