**Job Title : Customer Relationship Executive**

**Experiences : 1 to 3 years**

**Reports To : Centre Manager**

**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and needs.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- **Upselling and Cross-selling**:

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
- Provide clients with information on relevant offerings and their benefits.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Gather feedback from clients to gain insights into their evolving needs and preferences.
- Share feedback with relevant teams for product/service improvements.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on client activity, sales trends, and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualification - SSLC / PUC / ITI / Diploma / Any Graduation.
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
