**Opening for Graphic Designers and Illustrators for a Full Time Job at VTPL**

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, reliable, competent and committed Graphic Designers and

Illustrators with great creative Graphic Designing skills who can represent ideas through creative designs and enable and drive business growth, ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

This job requires Full time working from office and Immediate joiners with degree (formal education) in

Design would be preferred, however is not mandatory selection criteria.

**Work Location**: Jai Ganesh Vision, 'B' Wing, Office No. 403,404,405, 4th Floor, Akurdi, Pune-411035

**Work Timings**: 9 am to 6 pm between Monday to Saturday and weekly off on Sunday

**Responsibilities**:

- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Illustration of concept to graphics by hand sketching (Illustrations) and through various tools.
- Conceptualize and translate Customers brand values into visual design elements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Ensure seamless delivery of design art that can be adapted to various social media platforms.
- Edit videos to be used for ads on social media
- Design product packaging and art work for exhibitions and displays
- Wireframe design for the website
- 3D Modelling
- Supervise other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians
- Design collaterals, signage, catalogue, brochures, presentations and promotional materials
- Design various packaging options and designs on packaging materials for paper and rigid boxes
- Create short-videos, GIFs and motion graphics as per need
- Coordinate with marketing & sales team
- Supplement, track, and be held accountable to all applicable KPIs
- Be open and flexible to take up additional organizational level responsibilities outside the scope of work in case of organizational need/requirements

- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Spatial imagination and methodical understanding
- Hands-on expertise in using various designing software and technologies such as Adobe

Creative Suite, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Inkscape, GIMP, Fusion 360, MS office etc. and flexibility to adopt and learn new tools and technologies.
- Ability to ask the right questions efficiently to gain the correct understanding of the assignment.
- Work individually or as a team on continuous improvement efforts.
- Great attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills both Verbal and Written - English and Hindi (Marathi - optional), organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a preferable
- Flexible to stretch working hours in case required
- Organized, dependable and detail-oriented
