**Key Responsibilities**:
**KANNADA, HINDI LANGUAGE MUST**
- **Site Identification**: Travel extensively within assigned regions to identify potential locations for Cult Fit centers.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to understand the demographics, competition, and potential customer base in target areas.
- **Site Evaluation**: Evaluate potential sites based on location, accessibility, visibility, and suitability for Cult Fit operations.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare detailed reports on identified sites, including photographs, site measurements, and surrounding infrastructure.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the real estate and operations teams to ensure seamless site acquisition and setup.
- **Networking**: Build and maintain relationships with local real estate agents, property owners, and other stakeholders to facilitate site acquisition.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all identified sites comply with local zoning laws and regulations.
