**Job Summary**

The Spa Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa and ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. This role involves managing spa staff, coordinating spa treatments and services, and maintaining a clean and relaxing environment. The Spa Executive should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional spa experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Greet and welcome spa guests in a warm and friendly manner.
2. Assist guests in selecting appropriate spa treatments and services based on their needs and preferences.
3. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Ensure that guests have a positive and enjoyable experience at the spa.

5. Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
6. Provide guidance and support to spa staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
7. Schedule staff shifts and manage employee attendance and performance.
8. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.

9. Ensure that all spa services and treatments are delivered in accordance with established standards and procedures.
10. Monitor inventory levels of spa supplies and products and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
11. Maintain a clean and well-organized spa environment, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, and relaxation areas.
12. Oversee the maintenance and repair of spa equipment and facilities.

13. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
14. Monitor spa revenue and expenses, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
15. Provide input for the development of spa packages, special offers, and loyalty programs.
16. Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and maintain a competitive edge.

17. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards.
18. Develop and enforce spa policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
19. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential hazards or maintenance issues.
20. Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and best practices in spa operations and customer service.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a spa or wellness center.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
