Key Responsibilities:
- **Menu Development**: Design and implement a diverse menu that features traditional and modern European dishes.
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished dishes to ensure they meet both company and health standards.
- **Kitchen Management**: Oversee kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure effective workflow in the kitchen.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage stock levels of ingredients, order supplies as necessary, and ensure mínimal waste.
- **Hygiene Practices**: Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- **Customer Interaction**: Occasionally interact with guests to gather feedback and make adjustments to menu items based on preferences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role, ideally in a fine dining or high-volume environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent training.
- Expertise in various cooking techniques and styles from European cuisines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Creativity and passion for cooking

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
