ROLE DEFINITION: AN ACCOUNTS MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS, MANAGING BUDGETS, AND ENSURING THE ACCURACY AND INTEGRITY OF FINANCIAL RECORDS WITHIN AN ORGANISATION
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bookkeeping**:Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Maintain general ledgers and ensure accuracy of financial data.
**Financial Reporting**:Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
**Accounts Payable**:Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies.
**Accounts Receivable**:Monitor and follow up on customer accounts for timely payments.
Prepare and send invoices, credit memos, and statements as needed.
**Budgeting and Forecasting**:Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts.
Monitor budget variances and provide explanations as needed.
**Financial Analysis**:Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
**Compliance**:Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Assist in the preparation for audits and collaborate with auditors.
**Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Implement best practices in accounting procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations
- Tally or Equalent
**Skills**:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
