**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Responsibilities**:
As a Project Manager, you will participate in projects and provide support for various initiatives and any associated business transformation projects. You may be involved in multiple projects or initiatives, working across the whole project lifecycle, researching new projects, business process changes, configuration changes or system modifications. Through strong partnership with Business, Operations and Technology counterparts, you'll work on project deliverables. Primary areas of focus include eliciting project or initiative requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
- Assists in managing and prioritizing backlogs, collaborating and representing Business Stakeholders in developing impactful product features.
- Should have product management, release management and scrum management experience to manage various scrum teams.
- Should have strong experience in managing and driving OKRs and presenting the same with global business stakeholder
- Develop partnership relationships with other technical and operational teams and maintain working rapport with others, leveraging these relationships to meet common project milestone/goal.
- Meets with compliance, policy, and process teams to ensure project documentation is communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
- Should be proficient in Agile methodology and ceremonies in the Agile.
- Should have capabilities of managing multiple scrums and conduct sprint/scrum ceremonies
- Should be proficient in guiding the team towards agile implementation pertaining to industry standards

**Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities**:

- Overall 7+ years experience in the IT industry with 5+ years experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst & 3+ years of experience as Scrum master
- Should be able to partner with Business & Technical partners to delivery the Epics/User stories on time aligning to the product features, ensuring that user stories meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) and are updated in the system
- Strong knowledge in the life cycle of requirement(s) & its types.
- Facilitate and encourage the necessary conversations between the Business, Leadership, and Technology to determine the what and the how of the product features.
- Should have very strong in communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to solve problems creatively and deliver results while working in a dynamic, collaborative, and challenging environment
- Good to have project management skills, and ability to collaborate with multiple points of contact in order to achieve results
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage and reach agreement with partners
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools with particular skill with Excel, PowerPoint and VISIO
- Proficiency with JIRA & confluence
