- Job Summary- This position is responsible to support procurement operations in the Philippines for the Manila site.**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage RFXs, and contracts renewals.
- 2. Negotiate with suppliers and strike a balance between cost savings and supplier relationship.
- 3. Drive cost saving programs at both country and regional level without compromising on controls and delivery.
- 4. Ensure all expenditure is covered by robust contracts.
- 5. Strengthen business relationships with Internal stakeholders and key suppliers.
- 6. Functionally accountable for sourcing, selection, and onboarding of new vendors.
- 7. Work with internal cross functional teams to understand the requirements and develop procurement plans to support; Provide market insight to business and stakeholders.
- 8. Standardize procurement practices across business lines, countries, and regions.
- 9. Build a stakeholder engagement plan to support procurement strategy.
- 10. Drive innovation & value add in both Sourcing & Procurement.
- 11. Perform data cleansing, categorization, normalization of suppliers and data enrichment to develop clean data for analysis.
- 12. Monthly reporting on procurement spends, vendors, trends, and cost optimization opportunities.
- 13. Should have good communication skills both written and verbal.- Area of expertise (Skills)- Other Skills and Experiences (Min)- Experience in handling procurement requests, customer management, and vendor management.
- Excellent excel and writing skills.
- Proven presentation, communication and influencing skills with leadership.
