- As a Procurement Executive, you will play a vital role in managing our procurement processes efficiently and effectively. - Responsibilities:

- Source and procure goods and services required for the company's operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify potential suppliers, conduct market research, and evaluate vendor proposals to determine the best value for the organization.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of quality products/services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including department heads and finance team, to understand procurement needs and priorities.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent stockouts and disruptions to operations.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to optimize procurement processes and achieve cost efficiencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
