**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print materials, including advertisements, brochures, social media posts, and website assets.
- Create original, eye-catching designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message to our audience.
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design projects.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong conceptual and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
