**Role & responsibilities**
- **Drafting and Design**: Use AutoCAD software to create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings, plans, layouts, and schematics for civil engineering projects based on specifications, sketches, and design input.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**: Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation to accurately translate design concepts into detailed drawings.
- **Site Plans**: Develop site plans indicating the layout of structures, roads, utilities, and other features. Ensure that designs comply with zoning and regulatory requirements.
- **Topographical Maps**: Create topographical maps and contour lines, indicating land elevation and slope variations for grading and earthwork calculations.
- **Structural Detailing**: Generate detailed drawings for structural components, such as beams, columns, foundations, and reinforcement details for concrete and steel structures.
- **Road and Highway Design**: Prepare detailed plans for roadways, intersections, highways, and traffic control elements, incorporating design elements like road geometry, signage, and pavement markings.
- **Utilities and Infrastructure**: Design and draft utility layouts, including water supply and drainage systems, sewer lines, stormwater management systems, and utility corridors.
- **Land Development**: Assist in the design of land development projects, including subdivisions, housing developments, and commercial properties, incorporating landscaping and site amenities.
- **Quantity Takeoffs**: Collaborate with engineers to perform quantity takeoffs and material estimates from drawings, supporting project cost estimation and procurement processes.
- **As-Built Drawings**: Create accurate as-built drawings to document changes made during construction, ensuring the final project matches design intent.
- **Coordinate with Engineers**: Collaborate closely with civil engineers, architects, surveyors, and other team members to incorporate design changes and ensure accuracy.
- **Quality Control**: Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design standards, codes, and regulations.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical support to project teams, responding to inquiries and making necessary design adjustments as required.
- **Software Familiarity**: Stay up-to-date with the latest AutoCAD features, tools, and techniques to enhance productivity and design efficiency.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
